Founding Product Designer (UX/UI) — Equity Only
Connect Growth OS | Remote | UK / Europe preferred
I’m looking for a Founding Product Designer to join the early team building Connect Growth OS — a new B2B SaaS platform designed to help marketers understand what is actually driving revenue and make better investment decisions.
This is an equity-only founding-team opportunity at this stage, suited to someone who wants to help shape a product from the ground up and have meaningful ownership in what they build.
What we’re building
Connect Growth OS brings together marketing, CRM, advertising, and revenue data to give marketing leaders a clear view of:
- Customer journeys and paths to conversion
- Multi-touch attribution using Shapley and Markov modelling
- Channel and campaign contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Budget allocation and optimisation
- AI-powered analysis and natural-language querying
- Competitive and market intelligence
- Executive-level marketing performance reporting
The goal is to turn complex marketing data into something a CMO can understand and act on immediately.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you need to own
You would lead the product experience and visual design of the platform, working closely with the founding team and technical lead.
You’ll help define:
- Product architecture and user journeys
- Dashboard and analytics UX
- Data visualisation
- Attribution and journey interfaces
- AI assistant / conversational interfaces
- Budget planning and optimisation workflows
- Design system and visual language
- Prototypes for customer and investor demonstrations
- UX based on feedback from design partners
This is not just about making screens look good.
I’m looking for someone who can take complex data, attribution models, and workflows and make them feel simple, intuitive, and commercially useful.
You might be a good fit if you have experience with:
- B2B SaaS product design
- UX/UI design for analytics or data products
- Dashboards and data visualisation
- Figma and modern prototyping tools
- AI-enabled products
- MarTech, AdTech, analytics, CRM, or BI platforms
- Designing products from zero to one
Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, 6sense, attribution platforms, or marketing analytics tools would be particularly useful.

The opportunity
Connect Growth OS is at an early stage, with the product being developed alongside prospective customers and design partners.
You would join at the point where many of the most important product and UX decisions are still being made.
This is currently an equity-only position — there is no salary or day rate attached to the role at this stage.
The intention is to agree on a meaningful equity package reflecting the level of contribution, responsibility, and ongoing involvement, with appropriate vesting arrangements.
I’m particularly interested in meeting someone who wants to become a genuine part of the founding team rather than simply deliver a set of Figma screens.
If that sounds interesting, please apply through LinkedIn with a link to your portfolio and, ideally, examples of complex SaaS, analytics, or data products you have designed.
