About the Role
We are looking for a product engineer who leads with customers. Half your week is with publishers and brands; the other half is shipping what they need.
You’ll own everything our customers touch: our platform dashboards, onboarding, reporting, and the loop that turns customer feedback into product. You’ll decide what gets built there, and you’ll build much of it yourself, working agentic-first.
You’ll work closely with our CTO and a Founding Software Engineer, who own the infrastructure, data pipelines and AI side of our product. Knowing what customers need most, and making our product feel exceptional, is what we’re hiring for.
Our structure is intentionally flat, with influence earned through skill & context. Our codebase is shared rather than siloed, and we move fluidly across priorities as a team. We have dozens of agents working alongside us every day, so we go from customer feedback to a shipped change in hours, and learn from it just as quickly. It’s how a small team builds at the pace of one ten times our size.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
You’ve built and shipped software yourself, as an engineer, a design engineer or a founder, and moved towards product because what got built mattered most to you.
You care deeply about the end user’s experience. You have a genuine eye for design & product, noticing if padding is off or there are one too many steps in a flow.
You’re commercially minded, thinking about what moves revenue rather than what’s interesting to build, with real ease in customer conversations.
