Founding Product Engineer
London | 5 days in office | Full-time
We’re partnering with an exciting early-stage AI startup building browser agents that automate critical workflows for global enterprises and fintechs.
Having raised $3.5M+, the platform is already running thousands of mission-critical workflows. They’re now looking for a Product Engineer to join early and help shape the next phase of the product.
The opportunity
This is a role for someone who wants real ownership. You won’t be handed a list of tickets and told what to build. You’ll work directly with customers, understand their problems, decide what needs to be built, and take it all the way through to production.
You’ll be working on:
- AI-powered browser agents that can perform real-world tasks
- Browser automation and desktop infrastructure
- Customer-facing workflows and product features
- New solutions across AI, automation and cybersecurity
- Problems where there often isn't an established playbook

What we're looking for
We're looking for a highly autonomous, product-minded engineer who enjoys figuring things out rather than waiting for direction.
You’ll ideally have:
- 1+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building products used by real customers
- Strong product instincts and a genuine focus on user experience
- The ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a shipped product
- A desire to work directly with customers
- High autonomy and ownership, you’re comfortable deciding what needs to happen and making it happen
- A strong academic foundation, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

The team works 5 days a week from their London office, so you’ll need to be based within a realistic commuting distance of central London and genuinely enjoy working in an in-person, high-intensity environment.
