Founding Product Software Engineer | AI Startup | London

London (5 Days Office)
£90,000–£200,000 + Significant Equity

For decades, critical industries have relied on fragmented systems, legacy software and overseas supply chains. This company is building the AI-native software platform to change that.

We're partnered with one of London's most exciting AI startups, backed by exceptional founders and scaling rapidly. They're building a product that helps businesses operate more intelligently by combining AI, automation and modern software to transform complex real-world operations.

They're now looking for a Founding Product Software Engineer to join their early engineering team and help build the core platform from the ground up.

This isn't about maintaining legacy systems. It's about creating an AI-first product alongside a small team of exceptional engineers, with the freedom to make meaningful technical decisions from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
