Build a Product from Day One
We're partnering with one of the UK's leading construction technology SaaS businesses to hire a Founding Product Engineer.
The company already has a market-leading platform used by hundreds of construction businesses across the UK and is now building its next major product—a Commercial Management platform designed to give customers real-time visibility into project performance, commercial risk and profitability.
This is a genuine opportunity to join at the very beginning, taking a product from concept and MVP through to a fully commercial SaaS platform.
What You'll Do
Working directly with customers and senior stakeholders, you'll help shape both the product and the technology behind it.

- Build a brand-new Commercial Management platform from scratch
- Work closely with customers to understand real-world challenges
- Rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback
- Design scalable software that will become part of an established SaaS platform
- Influence both product direction and technical architecture
- Champion AI-native engineering practices throughout development
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving problems, building products and working closely with end users.
You'll ideally have experience with:
- Building modern web applications from scratch
- Shipping products from concept to production
- Product-focused software engineering
- Working directly with customers or business stakeholders
- Rapid prototyping and MVP development
- AI-native development tools such as Claude Code
- Modern cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)

Experience with C#/.NET and React would be highly advantageous as they form the core of the existing platform.
Experience with MongoDB is a bonus, but by no means essential.
