About LogicKrew
LogicKrew is an early-stage, bootstrapped startup building AI-native software products. We are currently building our first product and are looking for an exceptional engineer to join as one of the earliest members of the company.
What This Role Really Is
Early-stage startups do not have separate frontend teams, backend teams, DevOps teams, AI teams, and product teams. They have people who solve problems. We are looking for someone who can understand a problem, design a solution, and execute it regardless of where it exists in the stack.
What You'll Work On
Depending On Product Priorities, You May Contribute To
- Web, desktop, and mobile applications
- Backend services, APIs, databases, and integrations
- AI-powered systems, workflows, and semantic memory layers
- Infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and observability
- Developer tooling and internal platforms

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

AI Usage Policy
AI tools are highly encouraged. However, blindly accepting AI-generated code is not. You should be able to understand generated code, verify outputs, debug independently, and use AI to accelerate engineering rather than replace engineering judgment.
Growth Potential
This is one of the earliest engineering positions. As the company grows, this role has the potential to evolve into senior leadership positions (Senior/Lead/Head of Engineering).
