The role

This company is building the future of enterprise automation, tackling the long tail of mission-critical applications that don't speak SAML. They run autonomous browser agents inside the SaaS, banking, and SSO-incompatible apps that global enterprises rely on daily. Unreliable automation isn't an option here; their platform defends against sophisticated threats and ensures business continuity for customers ranging from decacorn financial-services scale-ups to public insurance companies. You'll be inventing the playbook for a category that's still being defined.

You'll join as a founding product engineer with significant surface area across the on-device browser agent, browser extension, and web dashboard. This isn't a role where you'll receive pre-baked requirements; you'll own problems from direct customer conversation to shipped fix within days. You'll improve the core automation engine, build the workflow builder for non-technical users, and strengthen end-to-end encrypted infrastructure. Expect high ownership, direct customer interaction, and the chance to define a new product category.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The work

  • Build and refine the core browser agent, running autonomously inside enterprise SaaS, banking, and SSO-incompatible applications.
  • Design and implement the workflow builder, empowering non-technical users to configure complex automation sequences.
  • Strengthen end-to-end encrypted infrastructure, protecting sensitive customer data against advanced threats.
  • Drive features from direct customer feedback to production deployment, often within days.
  • Improve the local environment and reliability of agents performing mission-critical tasks.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years building client software (desktop, browser, or web) with end-to-end product ownership.
  • A product-first mindset: you obsess over UX, design, and the tangible impact of your work.
  • A drive to work directly with customers, from problem identification to solution validation.
  • Comfort with high ownership and intensity; you'll invent the playbook for a new category, not follow one.
  • Hands-on depth in some of: TypeScript, Electron, browser extensions, Puppeteer/Selenium, zero-trust/E2E encryption, or identity products.
