🚀 Founding Product Manager | London (Russell Square)
Looking for your first proper ownership role in product? We're hiring a Product Manager to join an early-stage fintech/insurtech business and take ownership of a major new customer product launch, the product roadmap, and the way product gets done across the company.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your time updating Jira tickets.
You'll be:
- Owning a high-impact customer-facing product from concept to launch
- Speaking directly with customers, partners, and founders
- Deciding what gets built and why
- Running experiments and using data to drive decisions
- Helping shape the product function from the ground up

Package 💰
Up to £60k base + bonus (c. £70k total comp + equity)
