What you'll be doing
- Leading research into robot learning, world models and VLA systems
- Designing evaluation frameworks for physical AI
- Developing new approaches to data collection and model training
- Running experiments on real robotic platforms
- Publishing technical papers and helping establish the company's research reputation

What you'll bring
- Research experience in machine learning, robotics or computer vision
- Hands-on experience with modern deep learning techniques
- Strong mathematical and experimental thinking
- Experience designing and evaluating ML models
- A desire to work in a highly collaborative, fast-moving startup
Publications, benchmark experience or open-source contributions would be advantageous but aren't essential.
