Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are searching for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing, early-stage AI SaaS business in Leeds. This is more than a traditional SDR role, offering the opportunity to work directly with the Founder and Sales Lead, build qualified pipeline through intelligent, personalised outbound activity, and contribute towards the business’s wider go-to-market (GTM) activity.

Rather than relying on high-volume, scripted outreach, you’ll research markets, identify the right businesses and decision-makers, and create meaningful conversations across phone, email and LinkedIn. As your product knowledge grows, you’ll gain exposure to product demonstrations, existing customers and more of the sales cycle, with a clear opportunity to progress towards an Account Executive role.

Compensation

  • Up to £35,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience
  • Uncapped commission with realistic earning potential of £15,000+
  • Equity in a fast-growing technology business
  • Based in Leeds - Hybrid working (3-4 office days per week)
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Access to best-in-class software and tools to help you perform at your best
  • Direct access to the Founder, structured progression towards Account Executive, opportunity to contribute to marketing, LinkedIn content and wider GTM growth activity.

Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
