About Stickybeak

Stickybeak is the rapid, global consumer testing platform built for FMCG marketers. We help brands test marketing ideas - packaging, concepts, campaigns, claims - with real consumers in hours, not weeks, and at a fraction of traditional research. Marketers love us because we’re fast, intuitive, and built for them - not researchers.

We’re scaling quickly across the UK and Australia, driving our mission to make consumer testing accessible so marketers can make smarter, more confident decisions.

About the role

We're hiring a founding Sales Development Representative (UK) to support our Account Executive, turning demand into qualified pipeline right at the top of the funnel. You'll be directly accountable for booking demos and growing pipeline, so the impact of what you do shows up in the numbers every week. It's an entry-level sales role where you'll be coached properly, developed on purpose, and handed a real platform to build a career on. As a start-up in growth mode, what you focus on day to day will shift as we do.

Here's the thing: we're not hiring for a CV, we're hiring for a mindset. We want someone resilient, endlessly curious about people and businesses, and genuinely energised by asking the right questions to uncover a real need. Someone who's excited to work alongside AI tools rather than just use them, because AI is how we're going to scale this function. A marketing or business degree is valuable and will help you pick things up fast, but it's not what gets you the job. Attitude, curiosity, and grit do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
