Company Description

We are a cybersecurity services company focused on Security Operations, Managed Detection & Response (MDR), and Security Engineering. We help organizations and technology partners strengthen their security through 24×7 monitoring, detection, investigation, response, and continuous security improvement. With a strong technical and service-delivery foundation, we are targeting the UK/ Europe market to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade security capabilities without the complexity of building and operating a security team internally.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial UK-based commercial leader who sees the opportunity to build something, not simply take another sales role.

You will have the opportunity to build the UK commercial business from the ground up - leveraging your existing relationships, creating new opportunities, developing partnerships, and personally driving revenue. You will have the freedom to shape the UK go-to-market strategy and play a meaningful role in the growth of the company.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
