£3,000–£4,000 monthly base + commission + equity participation · Initial six-month engagement, with potential to extend
EduMark is building a learning management platform for education and training organisations. We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to work directly with the founder and take ownership of growing our customer base.
You’ll join at an early stage, with substantial influence over our sales strategy and commercial direction. Initially, you’ll be the sole sales lead, working alongside the founder, who leads product, technology and marketing.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building: identifying the right customers, opening doors, demonstrating value and turning opportunities into paying relationships.
What you’ll own
- Develop and execute our sales strategy, prioritising the education and training markets with the strongest commercial potential.
- Generate your own pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, referrals and partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing.
- Meet prospective customers face to face and represent EduMark at relevant industry events.
- Maintain a clear sales pipeline, realistic forecasts and measurable commercial targets.
- Bring customer insight into our positioning, pricing and product priorities.
- Establish the processes and sales playbook that a future team can build on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we’re looking for
- You have a proven record of personally winning B2B SaaS or software customers and can demonstrate the revenue you generated, the deals you closed and how you sourced them.
- You’re comfortable working independently in a small team, combining strategic judgement with consistent prospecting and follow-through. You can build relationships with decision-makers and explain how software solves their organisation’s problems.
- Experience selling into education, training providers or learning and development is particularly valuable. Experience building a sales pipeline in an early-stage business would also be a strong advantage.
