About the Role
Build a business you have a stake in. You know how to win customers. At Nousica, you can help shape the company those customers are buying from. Nousica is an AI product that helps owner-managed businesses turn company knowledge into better decisions and action, without everything waiting on the founder. It’s built to serve many businesses through the same underlying platform, with early SME customer work already under way.
The Opportunity
Customers can adopt Nousica directly or through consultants and advisers who bring it into their client businesses. Each productive partner can open multiple customer relationships, extending our reach around the same scalable product.
Winning customers yourself is the starting point. Building a network of people who can bring Nousica into their own client businesses is where the opportunity gets bigger.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll help create that model, with equity in the company you’re helping to grow. You’ll work directly with the marketing and product founders, influencing the proposition, pricing and commercial approach. You’ll have a say in what we build, how we take it to market and how we grow the team. There is early customer work to build on, and plenty still to prove.
What You'll Build
- Direct SME sales: find opportunities, understand the business problem and win suitable customers yourself
- A consultant and adviser channel: recruit and activate partners, help them succeed, and establish clear economics, account ownership and quality
- The processes, tools, reporting and eventually the team to grow both
Who This Will Suit
You’ve personally won at least ten SME customers through consultative selling. You’ve also built a sales channel from an immature starting point and can show customers or revenue from partners you recruited and activated.

You want the responsibility and influence that come with building something early. You’re willing to do the selling yourself, test the approach and challenge unsupported technology claims.
The Commercial Arrangement
This is initially a contract role. There is no initial base salary. Cash earnings depend on collected revenue:
- 10% of collected direct sales revenue generated by you
- 10% of collected revenue during the first twelve months from channel partners recruited and activated by you
Channel commission is subject to agreed quality measures covering customer suitability, expectation setting, handover quality, retention and payment. Equity is included, with terms to be agreed as part of the appointment.
