Job Description
Join Triffin as our first SDR to build the outbound engine from scratch. Partnering with the Growth Lead, you’ll drive pipeline for our AI-powered finance stack, targeting high-growth consumer brands. This is a foundational role where you’ll define sales playbooks, own the outreach motion, and help scale a business expecting 800% growth in 2026.

What You Will Do
- Build and execute intelligent outreach programmes using market-leading AI systems and data to target finance decision-makers at consumer brands.
- Prospect and qualify new pipeline opportunities through high-volume cold calling, personalized emailing, and strategic LinkedIn engagement.
- Develop and iterate on scalable sales playbooks across different verticals to establish a repeatable revenue engine for the growth team.

The ideal candidate
- 18+ months of SDR experience within financial services, fintech, or high-growth technology companies, ideally with experience selling to consumer brands.
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding pipeline or revenue quotas, with demonstrable experience making cold calls to senior decision-makers.
- An ambitious, high-achiever with visible career progression who is eager to transition into a leadership or senior role as the team expands.
