Founding SDR
A £60k plus seat for someone who can book 2 to 3 meetings a day.
Workplace English training is a multi billion pound market, and AI is rebuilding it right now.
TeacherTee was built for this exact moment. We sit at the sweet spot between AI leverage and human expertise, and we've spent since 2020 building the machine: an academy that's trained thousands of teachers, a network of over 1,000 business English coaches ready to deliver, and our own platform built in house.
The supply line exists. The product exists. What we're doing now is taking our chunk of that market, and this seat is the first sales hire of that push.
The first market we're calling has a legal deadline attached. From 26 March 2027, sponsored international workers need a higher level of English to settle in the UK. 185,000 people are caught by it, across roughly 6,000 employers. Most of them don't know yet. Whoever calls first, wins first.

I'm the founder. When I'm on the phones full time I book 3/4 meetings a day comfortably. I can't be on the phones any more, I'm building the delivery side. I need someone who can match that pace. The list, the dialler, the CRM and the call card are already built, and I take every meeting you book within days.
The money, three engines:
- £1,000 a month retainer, paid regardless.
- £50 per meeting that holds, no cap. Two to three a day is £2,000 to £3,000 a month on its own.
- 5% of first year value on every deal that starts from your booking, paid as the client's cash lands. Deals run £10,000 to £24,000, so £500 to £1,200 to you per deal, and it stacks because clients pay quarterly.

At the pace this seat is built for, that's £50k to £70k plus in year one. I want someone who looks at those engines and backs themselves to hit the top of that range, not someone comfortable at the retainer.
Where it goes: first hire, not last. Diallers hired under you, the playbook with your name on it, a Sales Director path measured in months, and an equity conversation on the table for the founding seat.
- Trial month from 1 September, paid, four weeks notice both ways.
