Job Description
As a Founding Senior Engineer at Odin, you will ship AI-native features into a high-stakes, regulated investment platform. You'll drive the adoption of agentic workflows to radically increase shipping velocity while maintaining financial accuracy. This is a hands-on IC role building the future of private market infrastructure for 10,000+ users.

What You Will Do
- Ship AI-native features like automated document field checking and conversational agents grounded in real account states to handle complex compliance tasks.
- Build the workflows, tooling, and habits—including subagents and verification loops—that allow a lean engineering team to ship with 10x velocity.
- Take full ownership of foundational domain-model problems and ship fast, reliable code on the highest-priority customer problems across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate
- Senior or Staff-level engineer with a strong backend-leaning full-stack background and a track record of shipping in fast-paced, high-velocity environments.
- Proven experience shipping production-grade LLM features with robust evaluation loops and a deep understanding of building machinery around AI agents.
- A hands-on builder—potentially a former founder or CTO—who thrives in regulated domains and finds complex financial and legal challenges genuinely interesting.
