Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Specialist / Vertical Expertise

We are particularly interested in experts with deep knowledge of specific industries, including but not limited to:

  • Healthcare & life sciences
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Financial services
  • Insurance
  • Legal
  • Automotive
  • Robotics
  • Defence & aerospace
  • Manufacturing
  • Energy
  • Scientific research
  • Engineering
  • Retail & e-commerce
  • Telecommunications
  • Semiconductors
  • Cybersecurity
  • Enterprise software

Deep domain expertise is highly valuable.

For many frontier AI applications, the most valuable annotator is not simply someone who can label an image or text — it is someone who understands what the underlying information actually means.

The Opportunity

As part of our senior team, you may help us:

  • Design next-generation annotation methodologies
  • Build specialist data-creation programmes
  • Develop new approaches to human feedback
  • Establish quality-control frameworks
  • Design expert-review workflows

  • Work directly with leading AI laboratories and technology companies

Depending on your background, you may also have the opportunity to lead an entire specialist vertical or build a new business line around your expertise.

Why Join Us?

This is not intended to be a conventional operational role.

You will be joining at a stage where exceptional expertise can materially influence the direction of the company.

We are deliberately building a high-calibre team rather than a large organisation.

You will work alongside people with significant experience across AI, data, technology, research and commercial development.

The company has substantial backing from experienced investors and industry participants, including backers with interests and relationships across leading companies in the AI and data ecosystem.

We have ambitious plans to work with leading AI laboratories and major technology and industrial organisations globally.

Your contribution will matter.

We want people who can bring something distinctive:

  • Deep technical knowledge
  • Unique industry expertise
  • Existing relationships
  • Proven operational capability
  • Academic or research expertise
  • Experience working with frontier AI teams
  • Knowledge of difficult data problems
  • Experience building annotation programmes at scale
  • New ideas about how AI data should be created
  • Or the ability to solve problems that conventional data providers cannot

Seniority & Compensation

We recognise that exceptional people have different motivations and circumstances.

For the right individuals, we are prepared to structure roles appropriately around:

  • Competitive senior-level compensation
  • Performance-related compensation
  • Leadership responsibility
  • Advisory arrangements
  • Flexible or fractional involvement
  • Equity participation where appropriate
  • Opportunity to build and lead specialist divisions

Compensation will be commensurate with the expertise, network, responsibility and value that you bring to the company.

We are particularly interested in people who have the capability to become key members of the founding team, rather than simply employees executing an established process.

What Would Make You Stand Out?

You may be particularly suited to this opportunity if you can say:

  • "I know what world-class AI data looks like."
  • "I have built or managed large-scale annotation programmes for leading AI companies."
  • "I understand the data requirements of frontier models."
  • "I am a recognised expert in a domain where AI companies need high-quality expert data."
  • "I know how to recruit, manage and quality-control highly specialised human experts."
  • Or simply: "I have an idea for how the AI data industry should be doing this differently."

We want to hear from you.

Confidentiality & Integrity

Because we expect to work with highly sensitive commercial and technical information, we place significant importance on:

  • Confidentiality
  • Data security
  • Intellectual-property compliance
  • Provenance
  • Ethical data practices
  • Client confidentiality
  • Regulatory compliance

We are interested in your expertise and experience.

The Bigger Vision

The AI industry is entering a period where high-quality data is becoming one of the most important strategic assets in AI development.

The next generation of models will require increasingly sophisticated:

  • training data → expert data → preference data → reasoning data → multimodal data → evaluation data → human feedback → domain-specific intelligence.

We intend to build a company capable of delivering that infrastructure to the world's leading AI organisations.

If you want to help build that company from an early stage, we would like to hear from you.

Apply / Express Interest

Please send a CV, LinkedIn profile and a detailed description of your background and areas of expertise.

We are particularly interested in hearing from exceptional people who may not fit a conventional job description.

If you believe you can make a significant contribution to building a world-class AI data organisation, we would like to have a conversation.
