About Appealia Health
Appealia Health is building AI-powered longitudinal health intelligence infrastructure designed to support more personalised, preventive and continuous health experiences. Our first commercial product, Guiden, is currently in development and planned for launch in Autumn 2026. As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a hands-on Social Media, Community & Growth Specialist to help build Guiden’s audience, community and early-user base.
The Opportunity
This is not a role focused only on posting content. You will help shape how Guiden is introduced to the market, build relationships with relevant communities and turn audience interest into measurable traffic, waitlist registrations and early product adoption. You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate with product, design and health stakeholders to establish Guiden’s social presence, public voice and community-growth foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Guiden’s social media and community-growth strategy
- Create engaging content across relevant social channels
- Build and manage a consistent content and publishing calendar
- Engage proactively with mental health, wellbeing and faith communities
- Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, providers, advocates and relevant organisations
- Identify creators, community leaders and potential launch partners
- Drive qualified traffic to Guiden’s website, waitlist and early-access experiences
- Convert social engagement into registrations and early-user participation
- Manage comments, messages and community conversations
- Monitor audience sentiment, emerging conversations and competitor activity
- Track reach, engagement, website traffic, registrations and conversion
- Translate community feedback into useful insights for the product team
- Ensure health-related communication is responsible, accurate and aligned with approved guidance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
