A well backed early stage insurtech is building the AI platform that will redefine how underwriting decisions are made across a global multi trillion dollar market. Insurance is one of the largest and slowest moving industries on earth. Its core workflows still rely on manual judgement, scattered information and legacy systems. We are rebuilding everything from the ground up with intelligent agents, advanced LLM systems and real time data pipelines.
Every line of code you ship will support live customers making high stakes decisions in real time. The team combines deep insurance and underwriting expertise with engineers who have built production grade AI in fast moving product companies. We recently secured a multi million pound investment from respected European funds and already have enterprise insurers using our platform in production. Momentum is real. The appetite for transformation is massive. And we are becoming the operating system for modern underwriting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
