Company Description

Klyk is a UK B-Corp startup using AI to simplify workplace IT. We supply hardware and provide instant support via AI agents, escalating complex issues to customers' IT team or ours. Taking a circular approach, we extend device lifespans, recycle old equipment to cut emissions, and partner with clients to donate tech to children in need.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Founding Engineer with strong full-stack experience to build and shape the Klyk platform.

This is a foundational position with significant autonomy. Joining as our second founding software engineer, you will work directly alongside our first founding engineer and Ali Sarraf (Cofounder & CPTO) to take our product to the next level, scale our systems, and build out core features for our pilot pipeline.

As an early technical hire, you will influence everything from architecture and tooling to engineering culture and long-term product direction. Expect variety, ownership, and the opportunity to help define how a modern, sustainable IT platform should work.

This role suits someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and wants to work on meaningful technology that has both business and environmental impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
