🚀 Founding Engineer – AI Voice Platform
We’re working with an early-stage startup building AI voice agents used by real businesses (not demos).
This is a true founding engineer role — you’ll have a direct hand in shaping the product, architecture, and how the company builds from day one.
What you’ll be doing 👇
- Building core product features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Working directly with customers to understand real problems and ship solutions
- Moving fast where needed, but knowing when to slow down and build properly
- Setting the standard across testing, reliability, and security from the ground up
