Founding Solutions Architect / Technical Success Manager
Orchestra is an AI infrastructure company and we are the creators of Orchestra - the Control Plane for Data and AI.
Data teams are overturning how they do their day-to-day. More people than ever want to use AI and Data to automate. But data teams still spend thousands of manual hours manually moving data, integrating tools, and firefighting ad-hoc requests. We’re solving that problem in massive enterprises like Experian and Octopus Energy, and are hiring for the team to scale our growth.
Building the Orchestra platform was the first step, but our hardest challenges still lie ahead. If you're excited to solve some of AI’s biggest problems, build a generational company, and do it within a friendly, hard-working, talented, but humble team, then Orchestra is for you.
Our Culture
Our culture is defined by six characteristics
- High Ownership and Accountability: Turn great ideas into reality and own the outcome. No red tape here, and plenty of tokens
- Ambition and High Achievement: An exceptionally high bar combined with humility
- Openness: A flat structure where the best ideas win
- Transparency: Everyone sees the goals, the plan and the numbers.
- Teamwork: it takes a village - this is a collaborative, high comms team environment
- Trust: Responsibility, flexibility and tools in exchange for high standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Role Mission
As the Founding Solutions Architect, you’ll be responsible for every aspect of our customers’ success. We don’t just sell orchestration and software, but business outcomes as well. We are often in positions of high trust with customers who look for guidance on how to implement data strategy, architecture, and solutions to business solutions. Your mission will be to set-up the Solutions Architecture team (pre and post sales), finesse and evolve our existing programmes for success, and ultimately help us win by making our customers win.
What You'll Accomplish
- Implementing multiple complex data architectures: Partner with prospects and customers to design workflow architectures using Orchestra (Python, dbt, SQL, cloud-native services), and set the standard for best practices around pipelines, asset dependencies, SLOs, lineage and observability.
- Designing problems to solutions: You can use Orchestra to solve almost any problem. You’ll lead on helping our customers discover their problems and design solutions to them
- Own onboarding and implementation: Lead onboarding for new customers end-to-end: installation, setup and full pipeline migration, rewriting workflows into Orchestra's declarative, serverless model and running hands-on sessions that get teams deploying their first assets.
- Become a trusted advisor and consultant to our customers: Act as the technical escalation point for enterprise customers, troubleshooting across the entire data stack.
- Steer Product: Capture product gaps, recurring customer needs and integration requests, and feed them directly into engineering, helping shape the roadmap for connectors, AI workflow patterns, observability, scheduling and asset-level runtime intelligence.
- Own a KPI: you’ll be steering net revenue retention or a similar metric that ensures that when our customers win, Orchestra wins too
