Company Description

DeliverIQ is a nonprofit “project world’s live room” that hosts live, expert-led sessions where project professionals learn directly from experienced practitioners. The organization curates six themed streams—Project Controls, Project Management, Technology & AI, Delivery Leadership, Industry Insight, and Beyond the Framework—to highlight what is working in real projects today. Each stream is designed to provide practical, actionable insights rather than theory, helping participants improve delivery outcomes in complex environments. As an emerging platform, DeliverIQ offers contributors and speakers the opportunity to shape the discourse around modern project delivery and influence a growing community of practitioners.

Role Description

The Founding Speaker will deliver engaging, in-person talks and interactive sessions across DeliverIQ’s themed streams, sharing real-world project experiences, lessons learned, and practical tools. This on-site role, based in India, involves preparing session content, including presentations, case studies, and examples tailored to project professionals at different career stages. The individual will collaborate with DeliverIQ organizers to define topics, refine narratives, and align sessions with the nonprofit’s mission and audience needs. Day-to-day activities include researching current trends in project delivery, refining materials, rehearsing sessions, and actively engaging with participants during and after events to encourage discussion and knowledge sharing. The role also includes providing feedback on program design, supporting community-building activities, and serving as a visible representative of DeliverIQ’s values in live forums.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
