Founding Strategic Account Executive
An opportunity to own complex £500k+ enterprise SaaS deals with major industrial and manufacturing organisations while helping shape the GTM strategy for a significant new global revenue stream.
High-growth business (200 people, 60% growth in the last 12 months) transforming a traditional software industry with an AI & data-focused SaaS platform and modern UX.

- Modern data and workflow platform used by complex R&D and industrial organisations.

- Expanding into a significant new enterprise market, with existing customers already validating the proposition.
- Opportunity to help establish the GTM strategy and build a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
About the role
- Own complex enterprise SaaS opportunities from initial discovery through to negotiation and contract signature.
- Close £500k+ TCV deals with large industrial, manufacturing and product-led organisations.
- Target sectors including chemicals, materials, consumer products, food, life sciences and wider manufacturing.
- Navigate sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving senior business, technology, R&D, procurement, legal and executive decision-makers.
- Build compelling commercial and ROI cases capable of securing executive-level investment.
- Help shape ICP, positioning, messaging, qualification and the wider GTM strategy.
- Identify what works in the market and help develop a scalable, repeatable enterprise sales process.
- Work closely with product and engineering, bringing customer insight into product and commercial strategy.
- Position the platform against established enterprise software providers and legacy technology.
- Initially operate as a senior individual contributor with the opportunity to build a team as the revenue stream scales.

Your previous experience
- Personally closed complex enterprise SaaS/technology deals worth £500k+ TCV.
- Strong experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, engineering or other complex product-led organisations.
- Proven success navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Founding AE, early GTM or startup/scale-up experience.
- Experience helping shape GTM strategy rather than simply executing an established playbook.
- Strong sales methodology; MEDDICC or similar experience advantageous.
- Comfortable working at pace, with ambiguity, and influencing commercial and product direction.
- PLM experience advantageous but not essential.

Package
- £120,000 base (some flex) depending on experience.
- Double OTE with uncapped earning potential.
- Equity options.
