About The Role

We’re building TYTEN, bringing AI to the backbone of the $1.5T facilities management industry. Not a “sexy” industry, but the one that keeps the world running: elevators that don’t trap people, heating that works in winter, pipes that don’t burst on Christmas Eve. This industry is starving for change, and companies are banging down our door, demanding we build faster.

Our products help technicians and FM companies by orchestrating help desk operations, creating perfect work orders, and guiding engineers step-by-step with AI to resolve issues faster.

At the same time, it’s not just about efficiency, it’s about people like you and me being able to enjoy their homes and workplaces without disruption.

We're three founders, fully locked in. For us, it's go big or go home:

  • Vlad: digs until he knows exactly what's broken on the client's side, then fights like hell to make sure we have the resources to fix it.
  • Serge: lives in the infra trenches, fighting code and chaos at 4am.
  • Tom: commercial bloodhound, already pulling in contracts while the ink on our whiteboard is still wet.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Now we need a Cracked Architect & Engineer (grit > specific frameworks). Someone who's not here for "another job," but for a shot at impact.

We are looking for a Founding Systems Architect / Engineer who can bridge architecture, system design, and business analysis. This is a partner-level role: you'll work closely with the founding team to design how our systems interact, ensure robustness and scalability, and document processes so we can move faster.

Who We're Talking To

Maybe you've started a business before and it blew up. Good. You've got scars.

Maybe you always wanted to, but fear (or rent) kept you back. Fine. Here's your chance.

You want equity not because it sounds cool at dinner, but because you actually want to own something that matters.

What We're Looking For

Must-have

  • 5+ years as a software engineer, systems engineer, or solutions architect in a high-growth startup or top tech firm
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to communicate designs in plain English
  • Experience with Python (FastAPI, Django) and PostgreSQL
  • Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred)
  • DevOps pipeline experience: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

Bonus

  • AI/LLM experience (LangChain, LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, vector stores)
  • Document/OCR processing (PDFs, images)
  • Scheduling & optimisation expertise
  • TypeScript, React, SQLAlchemy experience

Why It's Worth It

It won't be easy. We have a mountain of things to build, customers breathing down our necks. But if we are all in this together, we will get there.

If you're tired of cushy, boring jobs that don't matter, this is your chance to do work with teeth.

  • Founding-level influence: shape the architecture, culture, and technical direction.
  • Cutting-edge tech: large language models (OpenAI, Gemini), cloud automation, AI-driven workflows.
  • Growth stage: we're funded, live with pilots, and scaling fast. You'll build systems that move from pilot to thousands of sites.

If you want meaning, autonomy, great teamwork, excitement, sweat, and maybe a little glory. Grab a place on deck.
