BUILDING A MORE RESILIENT WORLD
At ClaimSorted, we're building a more resilient world - one where people and businesses have the confidence to pursue bigger opportunities. We're doing this by transforming how insurance delivers on its most important promise: helping people and businesses recover when things go wrong.
The world's largest insurers and Fortune 500 companies work with us to handle claims and manage risk more efficiently, so they - and the people they protect - can move forward with confidence.
Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico and Eurazeo, we grew 10x in the past year - and we're just getting started.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Founding Talent Partner to make sure we hire the best claims handlers in the US and UK - and to keep raising the bar on what "great" means as the team scales.
- You'll run outreach that actually gets replies - high-volume, personalized campaigns to adjusters and claims handlers across two markets, built to stand out in a crowded inbox, not blend into one
- You'll build a talent pool before we need it - keep a warm pipeline of qualified adjusters ready to go, so the next hiring wave starts with people already interested, not a cold search
- You'll own the numbers, not just the activity - track the funnel end-to-end, from outreach to response to screen to hire, and use what the data tells you to keep improving it

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- You write outreach that gets replies — your writing doesn't read like a template, and it shows
- You can tell our story, efficiently — you represent ClaimSorted and our culture clearly and compellingly, every time
