About Adelita:
Adelita Travel is a modern travel company specialising in curated group travel, concierge services and bespoke itineraries for people looking for more than a standard package holiday.
We work across student and group travel, luxury escapes, artist and entertainment travel, brand experiences and personalised itineraries, combining traditional travel booking with a modern, experience-led approach. From university societies and group holidays to music events, festivals and VIP travel, our goal is to create unforgettable experiences while making travel planning seamless.
Founded by university student Heidi Cusack, Adelita was built on a simple idea: young people travel constantly, yet the travel industry rarely speaks to them.
Students, friendship groups, university societies and young professionals spend millions on travel every year, but there are very few agencies dedicated to serving them. We believe that’s a huge gap in the market—and an even bigger opportunity.
As Adelita grows, we’re looking for ambitious people to help build the UK’s leading travel brand for students, groups and experience-led travel.
This isn’t your typical job.
I’m not simply hiring travel agents.
I’m inviting people to become part of an exciting early-stage project.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we’re looking for
You don’t need previous travel industry experience.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Passionate about travel
- Entrepreneurial and proactive
- Creative and social-media minded
- Strong communicators
- Excited by building something from the ground up
- Keen to develop valuable business experience alongside earning commission
Students, graduates and young professionals are especially encouraged to apply, but applications are welcome from anyone with the right mindset.
Transparency
This isn’t passive income.
Like any business, success comes from consistency, networking and building relationships. Some people join and never post online or reach out to potential clients—and naturally they don’t make sales.
The people who succeed are the ones who enjoy building something over time.
If that excites you rather than puts you off, we’d love to hear from you.
Why now?
I’m not looking for employees.
I’m looking for founding team members.
People who want to help create something genuinely different in an industry that hasn’t changed much in years.
If you’ve ever wanted to combine travel, entrepreneurship, marketing, events and business development into one opportunity, this could be the perfect place to start.
Apply via LinkedIn or send me a message for an informal chat.
Let’s build the future of student travel together. 🌍✈️
