The Role
The volunteer will help identify, develop and maintain positive relationships with organisations that share S.W.U.G.'s vision of creating opportunities for young people and strengthening local communities.

The role has been created to develop positive relationships with organisations, businesses, schools, charities and community groups while supporting opportunities that strengthen S.W.U.G.'s impact across local communities.
What Are We Looking For?
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in communication and partnership skills.
- Experience working within the voluntary or community sector.
- Experience building partnerships or stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of local community organisations.
- Experience in networking or community engagement.
- Experience supporting youth or community projects.
- Basic understanding of sponsorship or partnership development.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Research potential partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community organisations.
- Support engagement with schools, colleges and youth organisations.
- Develop relationships with charities, businesses and local stakeholders.
- Respond to partnership enquiries under agreed guidance.
- Arrange introductory meetings where appropriate.
- Maintain an organised partnership contact database.
- Help identify opportunities for collaborative community projects.
- Support sponsorship and partnership discussions where requested.
- Represent S.W.U.G. professionally during meetings and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Coordinator to promote partnership activities.
- Provide updates on partnership discussions and community engagement.
- Protect confidential information and organisational interests.
- Refer contractual, financial or strategic decisions to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer.
- Carry out other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.
