About CuspAI

CuspAI is the frontier AI company on a mission to solve the breakthrough materials needed to power human progress. While nature took billions of years to perfect molecules, we are harnessing AI to unlock trillion-dollar materials breakthroughs in months, not millennia. Our founding team is the most cited in the world, comprised of world-class researchers in AI, chemistry and engineering.

We are working on some of the hardest and most important challenges including energy, clean water, the future of compute, and carbon capture, and this is just the start of what our'search engine' for next-generation materials will unlock.

We invite you to be part of a diverse, innovative team at the intersection of AI and materials science, working to create impactful partnerships that drive innovation, scalability, and industry collaboration. This work matters. Your work matters.

We’re on the cusp of the on-demand materials era. Join us.

The Role

Due to rapid global growth and the launch of our AI Materials Foundry, we are seeking a Foundry Partnership Manager to join our Partnerships team and report directly to our Head of Partnerships.

Your Impact

In this role you will be engaging the global partner ecosystem that accelerates the adoption of our AI Materials platform, which is critical for delivering next-generation semiconductor and advanced materials to market.

Your main focus initially will be establishing cross-cultural operational workflows across our Europe, USA, and APAC hub.

What You Will Do

Ecosystem Cultivation & Community Activation

  • Act as the primary operational bridge for tech partners, enterprise clients, and elite research institutions across Europe, the USA, and APAC.
  • Design, coordinate, and host a comprehensive global engagement strategy.
  • Build scalable partner frameworks.

Cross-Cultural Operations & Project Management

  • Manage day-to-day engagement with global stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional timelines between external partner teams and CuspAI leadership.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

  • Partner closely with our Head of Partnerships and Chief Strategy Officer to align ecosystem activities with our overarching roadmap.
  • Collaborate with our AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to channel partner feedback directly into the development priorities of our agentic platform.
  • Work alongside marketing and PR functions to spotlight partner success stories, such as dramatic speedups in simulation workloads and novel applications in advanced materials research.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Must Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have a genuine, explicit interest in how frontier AI can revolutionise materials science and a passion for bringing sustainable, impactful technologies to humanity.
  • You possess a proven track record in ecosystem management, strategic alliances, or technical community building, ideally within a high-growth startup or fast-paced deep-tech environment, alongside substantial experience communicating and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • You have experience independently creating and managing events and conferences, owning them end to end, from concept through delivery. Including initiatives run alongside or on behalf of Fortune 100 companies.
  • You demonstrate extensive global cross-cultural experience, with a proven ability to engage and build trust with senior stakeholders across international borders (e.g. Europe, USA, APAC).
  • You are a confident, charismatic communicator with direct experience hosting, moderating, and organising both virtual webinars and premium in-person events for a technical audience.
  • You have a solid foundational understanding of or proximity to the semiconductor ecosystem, hardware roadmaps, or advanced materials development.

Bonus Points (But Not Critical):

  • Direct professional background working within a semiconductor foundry, design firm, or electronics materials supplier.
  • Native or professional fluency in a second language relevant to our global hubs (e.g. Japanese, Korean, German).
  • An academic background or deep personal literacy in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience managing joint ecosystem programs alongside major hardware tech giants like NVIDIA or Meta.

Additional Considerations

  • This role would ideally be based in our Cambridge or London offices, but we could consider Amsterdam or Berlin for the right candidate. There would be an expectation around you being in the office three days per week depending on which projects you’re working on at the time. Additionally, there may be regular travel required to partner sites and/or other locations for collaboration and project work.
