About The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and highly capable FP&A Manager to help build and scale the Finance Planning & Analysis function across EMEA.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building financial models, reporting frameworks, and scalable processes. Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance & Transformation EMEA, you will play a key role in driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across the region.

The successful candidate will be an independent self-starter with strong retail finance expertise and a deep understanding of omni-channel business models, including Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, and Marketplace. Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations, you will provide financial insight and business partnering to support SKIMS' continued growth across EMEA.

  • Guide the EMEA planning cycle, including Budget, Forecast, and LRP.
  • Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering Revenue, Gross Margin, SG&A, CAPEX, Cash Flow, and operational KPIs.
  • Build scalable forecasting methodologies across all distribution channels.

Performance Reporting & Commercial Analysis

  • Lead monthly business performance reporting, providing insightful variance analysis against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
  • Produce executive-level reporting and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Analyse sales, gross margin, operating expenses, inventory, fulfilment costs, and profitability across Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce, and Marketplace channels.
  • Develop KPI dashboards to improve business visibility and decision-making.

Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to key stakeholders.
  • Support investment decisions including new store openings and market expansion.
  • Build business cases for strategic initiatives and commercial opportunities.
  • Support workforce planning, productivity analysis, and operating cost optimisation.

Financial Control & Governance

  • Partner closely with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate reporting and robust financial controls.
  • Drive improvements in reporting governance, data quality, and financial integrity.

Systems & Process Development

  • Help build reporting architecture, planning tools, and financial processes.
  • Lead automation initiatives leveraging ERP, BI, and planning systems.
  • Support reporting hierarchy design, chart of accounts development, and master data governance.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
  • 10+ years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
  • Significant experience within retail, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods, ideally in an international multi-channel environment.
  • Strong understanding of Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce, and Marketplace business models.
  • Proven experience supporting store expansion, retail operations, and commercial decision-making.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills with expert Excel capability.
  • Experience with ERP, planning, and BI platforms such as NetSuite, Planful, Anaplan, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and translating complex information into actionable commercial insight.
