DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. Working alongside a team of FP&A professionals, you will play a key role in supporting the financial reporting, accounting reconciliations, statutory compliance, and management reporting requirements across our UK & Ireland entities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain exposure to group reporting, IFRS accounting standards, budgeting, auditing, and commercial financial analysis.

As The FP&A, You Will
- Preparation and upload of Trial Balances into the group reporting platform, OneStream.
- Reconciliation of OneStream reporting flows and appendices.
- Upload and reconciliation of intercompany balances to ensure compliance with group standards.
- Preparation of monthly management reporting packs for review by senior leadership and Group FP&A teams.
- Support with annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Management of deferred revenue and cost schedules, including support contracts and training revenue.
- Preparation of monthly IFRS 15 revenue recognition and cut-off journals.
- Review of Principal vs Agent reporting and associated journal entries.
- Management of IFRS 16 lease accounting and reporting requirements.
- Monitoring compliance with Bill & Hold policies and maintaining supporting documentation.
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, including liabilities, intercompany loans, and bank reconciliations.
- Management of fixed asset and demonstration stock registers, including depreciation calculations.
- Calculation and posting of stock provisions, accruals, prepayments, and bad debt provisions.
- Maintenance of GRNI and IRNC reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items.
- FX revaluation processing, derivative accounting entries, and foreign exchange reporting.
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, and Intrastat declarations for the UK and Ireland.
- Generation of Companies House and HMRC reporting as required.
- Supporting both internal and external audits, providing financial information and evidence as required.
- Maintaining robust financial controls and supporting documentation.
- Production of bi-weekly stock reports for Vendor Managers.
- Preparation of recharge invoices and supporting documentation for other group entities.
- Analysis of financial data and provision of ad hoc reporting and insight to support business decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
