At the heart of every great organisation is a clear view of its future. At PBS, we’re looking for an FP&A Accountant who can help shape that future—turning numbers into insight, and insight into action.

This is more than just forecasting. You’ll play a key role in delivering the financial story behind PBS’s ambition—supporting planning, budgeting, and performance analysis that directly influences strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business and Finance teams, you’ll ensure our financial plans are robust, forward-looking, and aligned to our long-term vision.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of the annual budget, medium-term plans, and forecasting processes
  • Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing clear, actionable insights
  • Running scenario analysis to support strategic decisions and evaluate new opportunities
  • Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
  • Partnering with stakeholders to bring clarity to financial performance and future outlooks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
