About the Role
We’re looking for a Commercial FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. You’ll deliver financial insights, support business decision-making, and help drive commercial performance across the Group. You’ll work closely with colleagues from finance, operations, and other teams, contributing to projects that shape the future of our villages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports, balanced scorecards, and dashboards to provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial information for leadership
- Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring assumptions and scenarios are well-documented and aligned with strategic objectives
- Manage asset valuations with external valuers and support bi-annual investor valuations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct financial due diligence and provide detailed analysis for strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, disposals, and transformation projects
- Analyse commercial performance of new products, services, suppliers, and initiatives, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency
- Support the development and assessment of business cases, including post-investment performance reviews and scenario modelling
- Collaborate with operations, property, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
- Contribute to shaping the Group’s data strategy, helping to integrate new technology platforms and optimise data capture and analysis
- Prepare high-quality papers and presentations for the Board and committees, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Visit villages on an ad hoc basis to understand operational drivers, validate assumptions, and support improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For


Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar analytical roles
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified; Big 4 experience preferred
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills; ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle) is a plus
- Analytical, proactive, and collaborative, with clear communication skills
- Experience in real estate, property, or asset management is a bonus
