Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and Fully qualified CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
• 4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience improving or automating financial reporting and processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across functions and countries.
• A proactive, curious, and commercially-minded approach, with a willingness to challenge existing processes.
• Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel is preferred.
• Experience in a multinational, matrix, or operationally intensive environment is an advantage.
• Keen interest in Logistics/Transportation

How does success look like?

Success means becoming a trusted finance partner to the UK Transportation leadership team and providing insights that help the business make better decisions.

Within your first 12–24 months, you will have taken ownership of key elements of European FP&A reporting and analysis, delivered measurable improvements through automation and standardisation, and established strong relationships with operational, commercial, and finance stakeholders.

You will also have contributed to improving forecast quality, reporting efficiency, and business insight across GIS — while building the experience and ownership needed to progress towards a Senior Financial Analyst position.
