FP&A Analyst

Description

  • Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Deliver detailed financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial planning with business objectives.
  • Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
  • Enhance financial models and tools for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within a relevant sector.
  • A background in accounting or finance, with a relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and systems.
