FP&A Analyst

Description
- Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Deliver detailed financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Enhance financial models and tools for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within a relevant sector.
- A background in accounting or finance, with a relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and systems.
