🚀 FP&A Analyst | Technology - Unicorn | Salary £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus and benefits 🚀

I am currently partnering with a high-growth Technology Unicorn who are looking for a FP&A Analyst to come and join a growing team. For this role you will be reporting into the Head of FP&A and work closely with other senior leaders across the business.

My client is looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and where you will have the autonomy to make a real difference across the business.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Support in building the FP&A function from the ground up, bringing in processes and procedures to make it a best in class.
  • Build, own and maintain complex financial models to support decision making.
  • Become a key finance business partner to commercial teams translating data to clear and actionable insights.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for business cases.
  • Identify underlying key business trends and risks to identify opportunities.
  • Support the Head of FP&A in implementing new financial software to build a best in class.
  • Identify and improve processes and procedures.

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified someone looking to make the first move into a commercial/ FP&A role. Or someone who has 2 - 3 years experience in an FP&A role.
  • Expectational excel and modelling building skills.
  • Highly commercial mindset with the ability to look beyond the numbers.
  • Strong communication skills while being confident to push back to senior leaders.
