FP&A Analyst Opportunity in London
We are partnering with a listed natural resources business to find an FP&A Analyst to join their London-based offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to support operational performance, group forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting within a complex global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyse financial and operational performance across multiple business units
- Deliver variance analysis, management reporting, and performance insights
- Partner with operational and finance stakeholders across the business
- Prepare presentations and reporting packs for senior leadership
- Support systems improvements, reporting enhancements, and analytical projects

Ideal Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience in FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, or commercial finance
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with group reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion) is advantageous
- Natural resources, Oil & Gas, mining, energy, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industry experience preferred
