FP&A Analyst
£60,000 + Bens
Central London (2 days)
A fast-growing, multi-site retail business is looking to strengthen its finance function with the appointment of an FP&A Analyst. Operating in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, the business continues to invest in growth and is looking for a commercially minded finance professional to support group-level planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to play a key role in improving financial insight across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of forecasting, reporting and modelling, helping to drive better decision-making through accurate analysis and meaningful commercial insight.

What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and maintaining short and long-term cash flow forecasts, improving visibility of future performance
- Producing insightful FP&A reporting, highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities
- Analysing financial performance and providing commentary to support commercial decision-making
- Supporting the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting cycles
- Developing monthly reporting packs and analysis for senior stakeholders
- Building and enhancing financial models to improve forecasting accuracy
- Creating Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to improve business visibility
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting efficiency and financial controls
What we're looking for:

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience within an FP&A, Financial Analyst or Commercial Finance role
- Strong financial modelling skills with experience in forecasting and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment
