FP&A Analyst / Warrington (hybrid) / Salary £50,000- £55,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join a growing, ambitious business with a proven leadership team and a clear growth strategy. The organisation has established a strong market position and is entering its next stage of development, creating the need for stronger financial planning, performance analysis and strategic insight. This role will sit at the heart of that journey, supporting senior leadership with meaningful financial information to drive decision-making and future growth.

This position is ideally suited to a newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant seeking their first move into a dedicated FP&A role, where they can develop their commercial acumen and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

The Role

As FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting. Working closely with the Head of FP&A and CFO, you will help translate financial data into actionable insights that support both operational and strategic decision making. You will have the opportunity to influence business performance through robust analysis, identify trends and risks, and support initiatives that drive profitable growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
