🧮 FP&A Analyst (6-Month FTC)

📍 London / Hybrid Working

💷 £55,000 (DOE)

We at Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, private equity-backed international business that has experienced significant growth in recent years and continues to invest in both people and technology to support its ambitious plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing FP&A team during an exciting period of transformation. As the business continues to scale, increasing complexity across systems, processes, and reporting has created the need for a dedicated finance professional to drive automation, improve data integrity, and enhance reporting capabilities.

This six-month fixed-term contract has been created to accelerate key improvement initiatives within the finance function. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you'll focus on streamlining reporting processes, reducing manual effort, and strengthening the flow of data between financial reporting and operational platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and delivering meaningful change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
