Position Summary
Doka USA is seeking an analytical and process-oriented FP&A professional to lead regional consolidation and management reporting. This role will provide the reporting backbone for the regional FP&A organization by coordinating the planning calendar, consolidating country submissions, monitoring performance, and delivering clear, standardized management information.
The FP&A Analyst, Consolidation & Reporting role will work closely with country FP&A teams, Finance & Accounting, regional leadership, and headquarters finance. The position is accountable for the integrity, consistency, and timely delivery of regional reporting and reports to the Director of FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Financial Planning & Performance Reporting
- Lead the regional consolidation of actuals, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans across country FP&A teams.
- Prepare and deliver regional management reporting, including KPI dashboards, trend analysis, variance commentary, and executive summaries.
- Monitor performance against plan, forecast, and prior year, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of country submissions, adjustments, and eliminations to support consistent regional reporting.

Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning Coordination
- Coordinate regional forecasting and budgeting processes, including calendars, assumptions, templates, and submission requirements.
- Review and challenge country submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate planning reviews, track action items, and provide guidance to country FP&A teams on reporting standards and deadlines.
Reporting Governance & Data Integrity
- Maintain standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and documentation across the region.
- Perform data validation and resolve reporting discrepancies in collaboration with FP&A, Finance, and Accounting teams.
- Drive data consistency and promote a single source of truth across financial reporting and performance analysis.
Business Intelligence & Process Improvement
- Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics using BI platforms and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Automate reporting and consolidation processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize reporting systems, data integration, and user adoption.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Regional Coordination & Decision Support
- Act as the primary liaison for regional reporting and planning activities across country FP&A teams.
- Consolidate country-level insights into a cohesive regional narrative for leadership decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and strategic support to regional management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive FP&A, controlling, consolidation, or management reporting experience in a multi-country or multi-location environment
- Demonstrated experience consolidating forecasts, budgets, and actual results and preparing management reporting for senior leadership
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, planning processes, and month-end/year-end close dependencies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or another Business Intelligence platform is strongly preferred
- Experience with SAP, including FI/CO or related planning and reporting tools, is preferred
- Strong data-management, reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple contributors, manage tight deadlines, and communicate requirements clearly across countries and functions
- Excellent command of English required, including speaking, reading, and writing
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an international, multinational, or matrix organization
- Project management and change management experience
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or comparable certifications
- Open and willing to travel across the region as needed (10-15%)
