FP&A Analyst

That's why we're looking for a FP&A Analyst.
You will work closely with senior finance leaders and business stakeholders to evaluate investments, support strategic projects, build financial models and provide the insights that drive better decisions across the Group.
This is not a role focused on reporting history. It's about helping shape the future.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain complex financial models that support strategic and investment decisions
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
- Analyze business performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Develop business cases, scenario analyses and investment appraisals
- Contribute to valuation work, corporate finance projects and M&A activities
- Prepare analyses and presentations for senior leadership and shareholders
- Partner with leaders across the business to support fact-based decision making

What we're looking for
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
- Qualified or working towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent
- Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction services, valuation or investment analysis
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Good understanding of DCF, NPV, IRR and valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Power BI is a plus

- Able to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly
