FP&A Analyst - Fixed Cost Management

We’re looking for an analytical and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our Fixed Cost Management team, supporting the management of a £1bn+ cost base across 40+ sites throughout the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of our Fixed Cost Management and ZBB strategy
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards, benchmarking models and planning tools
  • Analyse overhead performance, identifying risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
  • Produce monthly reporting packs, variance analysis and management insights
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
  • Maintain and improve cost benchmarking across sites and business units
  • Develop automated reporting solutions using Snowflake, Anaplan, SAP and Qlik
  • Use AI and data analytics tools to accelerate reporting and highlight performance trends

  • Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or a relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or similar
  • Experience in FP&A, management accounting or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical capability and experience working with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot and complex modelling
  • Experience with planning and reporting tools such as SAP, Anaplan, Qlik or Snowflake
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and automation
