FP&A Analyst (MI)

Location: London
Work Type: Hybrid
Salary: up to 80k

I'm working with a leading insurance business looking for a qualified accountant to join their Commercial Reporting & Analysis team.

This would suit someone looking for their second move within the insurance market who has a strong reporting background but is keen to move further into FP&A, analysis and commercial decision-making.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Management and performance reporting
  • Financial and variance analysis
  • Supporting executive and senior leadership reporting
  • Turning financial and operational data into clear business insight
  • Working with Finance, Actuarial and wider business stakeholders
  • Supporting FP&A and commercial decision-making
  • Improving MI, reporting processes and automation

What We Are Looking For:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • Insurance experience - Lloyd's or General Insurance
  • Strong financial reporting / management reporting background
  • Good understanding of financial analysis and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel
  • Commercially minded and interested in developing an FP&A skill set
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Power BI / reporting automation experience would be beneficial
