FP&A Analyst (MI)
Location: London
Work Type: Hybrid
Salary: up to 80k
I'm working with a leading insurance business looking for a qualified accountant to join their Commercial Reporting & Analysis team.
This would suit someone looking for their second move within the insurance market who has a strong reporting background but is keen to move further into FP&A, analysis and commercial decision-making.
Role Responsibilities:
- Management and performance reporting
- Financial and variance analysis
- Supporting executive and senior leadership reporting
- Turning financial and operational data into clear business insight
- Working with Finance, Actuarial and wider business stakeholders
- Supporting FP&A and commercial decision-making
- Improving MI, reporting processes and automation

What We Are Looking For:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Insurance experience - Lloyd's or General Insurance
- Strong financial reporting / management reporting background
- Good understanding of financial analysis and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel
- Commercially minded and interested in developing an FP&A skill set
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Power BI / reporting automation experience would be beneficial
