FP&A Analyst – MI | London | Hybrid

An excellent opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a leading insurance organisation supporting the Management Reporting & Analysis function.

The role will focus on delivering high-quality management information, financial analysis and business insight, helping senior stakeholders understand business performance and make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with Finance, Actuarial and wider business teams.

  • Variance analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is desirable
  • Experience within Reinsurance or the Lloyd’s Market
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the production of executive and board-level management reporting
  • Analyse financial and operational performance, including detailed variance and root-cause analysis
  • Translate complex financial data into clear and meaningful business insights
  • Develop and maintain MI dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Partner with Finance, Actuarial and Operations stakeholders, providing analysis and challenge
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and automation
  • Support wider finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Use advanced Excel, Power BI and data visualisation tools to improve reporting and insight
