A dynamic and growing real estate company is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join its EMEA Finance team. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across Finance and the wider business, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, and commercial decision support.

3 days in office, 2 days wfh

Central London

The successful candidate will work closely with senior Finance stakeholders and teams across Operations, IT, Investments, Development, and Delivery. You will play a key role in bringing together financial and operational data, identifying performance drivers, and translating analysis into clear insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and longer-term planning across multiple EMEA entities and functions.
  • Preparing and improving monthly, quarterly, and annual management and investor reporting.
  • Delivering variance, trend, scenario, and driver analysis, with clear commentary and recommendations.
  • Providing financial modelling and commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Business partnering with operational and functional teams, providing insight and constructive challenge.
  • Developing and improving FP&A models, reporting tools, and processes.
  • Supporting the CFO and wider Finance team with ad hoc analysis and projects in a fast-paced environment.

About You

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professionally qualified.
  • At least 2 years' post-qualified experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability.
  • Experience developing FP&A tools, models, and reporting processes.
  • Comfortable working with complex or imperfect data and able to identify key business drivers.
  • Experience working across multiple entities or sites would be advantageous.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working with changing priorities.
  • A confident communicator who can present complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
