Camino Search are proud to be partnered with a leading Private Equity backed Business Services firm on an acquisitive journey. They are part-way through an enticing growth journey and are looking to build out their finance function further with a new FP&A Analyst. This is an exciting time to join the business and the position has real scope for professional and personal development.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the FP&A function as well as the senior leadership team primarily with the FP&A Director and CFO to delve deeper into the financials and grow with the company long term.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with all financial aspects including annual budgets, forecasting and analysis for P+L and cash flow, and departmental budgets
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure achievement of departmental KPI’s and identify reasons for variances.
- Timely creation of monthly financial reports to the CFO and senior management.
- Examine monthly managerial data, providing actionable insights and suggestions.
- Creating financial models to analyse business performance against key KPI's.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed for senior management.

Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong systems exposure
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach.
- Excellent communication abilities.
