The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join a growing and fast-paced restaurant chain.

This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial decision-making across the organisation.

Working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, you will provide meaningful analysis and insight to help drive performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Produce regular management reports and performance analysis.
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models.
  • Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and key business drivers.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and challenge.
  • Support strategic projects, business cases, and investment appraisals.
  • Prepare presentations and reporting packs for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and financial controls.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.

About You:

  • Part-qualified, finalist, or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, management accounts, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
