Thrivin Gymwear

Thrivin Gymwear is a fast-growing women’s activewear brand built around a simple belief: when you look good, you feel powerful.

Founded in 2024, Thrivin creates sculpting, confidence-enhancing activewear designed to support women through every workout and every part of daily life. Blending elevated aesthetics with performance-driven product, the brand has quickly built a loyal global community and is now scaling rapidly across marketing, ecommerce, operations, and international growth.

As Thrivin enters its next phase, we’re looking for ambitious, commercially driven people who thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to help scale a globally recognised activewear brand.

The Role

You'll be the analytical engine of Thrivin's finance function. Working directly with the CFO, you'll turn our books into decisions, building the financial model, running the weekly KPI cadence, owning the budget and rolling forecast process, and making sure every board pack tells a story the leadership team can act on.

This is a hands-on role at a brand that's growing fast. You'll have unusual access to the business — product, marketing and ops. Your work will shape how we plan inventory buys, price collections, and allocate marketing spend. The right candidate treats unit economics as a creative problem, not a reporting exercise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Own

Financial Modelling and Planning

  • Build and maintain the company-wide financial model — P&L, cash flow, balance sheet.
  • Own the annual budget process and quarterly reforecasts.
  • Run scenario planning for inventory buys, channel mix, and pricing decisions.

Performance Reporting and KPIs

  • Run the weekly KPI dashboard — revenue, contribution margin, AOV, return rate, repeat rate.
  • Cohort analysis on customer acquisition, retention, and LTV by channel.
  • Unit economics by SKU, collection, and channel; surface the levers that move them.

Variance and Commentary

  • Monthly budget vs actuals with crisp variance commentary — the'so what,' not just the 'what'.
  • Partner with marketing and ops leads to validate assumptions and close the loop.

Board Pack and Investor Support

  • Draft the board pack: build the charts, write the variance narrative, own the production timeline.
  • Support the CFO with ad-hoc analysis.
  • Help prepare the data room for statutory audit.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3–6 years of FP&A, investment banking, transaction services, or strategy consulting experience.
  • Advanced Excel — you can build a three-statement model from scratch and you have opinions about how to do it well.
  • Strong commercial instinct: you connect numbers to operating decisions, not just GL accounts.
  • Clear written communication — you can turn a noisy variance into one paragraph a CEO can act on.
  • Comfort working directly with senior leadership and pushing back when the numbers don't support the story.
  • DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brand experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with payment processor data (Stripe, Shopify Payments) and inventory systems.
  • BI tooling — Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • SQL fluency for self-service data pulls.
